Monee

This picture has an interesting story. The dog on the couch chose her own name. I first saw her at an animal awareness campaign at Greenacres. She had been abandoned at a vet after being hit in the head by a car. At barely 6 weeks old (maybe younger), she had head trauma and could not walk in a straight line. She kept veering in circles to the left.

Not long after that, a friend told me that she had convinced her family to get a dog and I told her about the puppy I had seen. I forget the details, but they adopted her. When choosing a name for their new pet, the puppy ignored all the names they were tossing around until she heard Monee. She became very happy and excited and the name stuck. She overcame her head injuries and grew up to be a well adjusted and very loved family pet.

All females love money, you should know that Aphrael!! grin She really certainly looks at home in this photograph, a nice touch. Many regards, Neil.
Aphrael: When talking about her, I'm always reminded of that Billy Idol song, "Here she comes now Money Money"
Lovely, serene colors in this room, and I like the way the light illuminates the dog. I'm glad the story has a happy ending.
Aphrael: I always felt at home when visiting there. Now you know why smile
Now this photo I have seen before, and still a gorgeous and comforting shot! Your passion is evident hun! smile
